Default the new turbo setup

So over the the winter I tore the car apart and built a new turbo setup.
The old 76mm has been on the car since 2003 and when i built the new 363 last year it became a choke point so Out with the pt-76 and in with the pt-88.

Here are a few pics of the build.
Once I gathered all the parts the whole build only took me a few weekends.
I have been driving the car all summer and so far not a single issue with everything
And it drives and runs excellent!

Starting the tear down

Putting JR to work. He loves working on the car

This looks like a good spot

Hot side all 2 16 gauge started

Making good progress

Nice bracket bolts to head to hold the big 88mm

Complete 4 exhaust front to rear

Exhaust snakes through k member, around starter with plenty of room everywhere and
Still tucked up nicely.

Nice view. You can see the twin precision 39mm wastegates

Huge intercooler and nice shiny 3 cold side

Twin 50mm blowoffs and you can see the twin meth injectors
In the cold side.

Hotside wrapped and all done.

Haven't been to the dyno or to the track yet. It would be cool to see what it puts down. Its so much faster then ever before. I have no doubt it could lay down 1000 or more and easily run in the 8's. The car is so insane! But it also drives and runs and putts around with no problem.

I'm thinking 1000 easy, how do you get any traction driving it.

Still a blow through carb setup huh?
