She was fine at 18 lbs and less, when we started to turn up the wick the cooler became more restrictive and started causing some unstable readings on the MAF (Post cooler - Blow Thru) not to mention its just not flowing like a better quality core will. We actually had to set the rev limiter at 6300 during all those passes.

Oh i see. Didnt know you went blow through maf. You should see some good improvement with a new intercooler and reving to a higher rpm.
