Whats Involved with.........

I have a 99 Cobra. I put an 03' Rear in the car that changed the Gear Ratio. The car also at one time had a Super Charger or Turbo. The car has Really Bad Gas Mileage. I believe the Program was altered (don't know for sure). My question is "WHAT" has to be done to Correct my Speedo (Gear Change) and Possibly Reset the "Lean/Rich" to the Stock Configuration?

If the car had an Xcal, Diablo or Sniper tune installed via the aforementioned brand handheld scanners than the original scanner must retrieve the tune putting it back to stock. The only other way would be to change the computer. These hand held tuners flash the stock computer with a different tune and are needed to retrieve those tunes when the blower is removed.
You may want to shoot Kevin Hand (Kevin@Wicked) a pm and see if he has some other way to get it back to stock, he may be able to overwrite the curent tune and correct the speedo at the same time. You could also use one of these:

BTW, do you know what size injector the car has currently?

You won't have to change your ECM! Get a flasher with a tune for what's in your car. The tune in your car now will just become your stock tune when you flash it with the new program. It won't actually be a stock tune but that's what it will be labled as in the flasher.
